A typical psychotherapy treatment plan is 12 weeks. It is difficult to instill lasting change if it is less than this. The length and course of treatment will depend on what you are struggling with, how consistent you are with your treatment regimen, and how you apply what you have learned in psychotherapy.

Yes, we provide insurance billing. We are providers with the following health plans:

  • Aetna
  • Alliant Health Plans of GA
  • Ambetter/Centene
  • Anthem
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of GA
  • Medicare Plan B
  • United Health Care

If we are not a provider with your insurance, we can see you on a self-pay basis. We will provide you with the appropriate receipt to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. We also accept cash, checks, Debit Cards, American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard for your insurance co-pay, and out-of-pocket expenses.

Unfortunately, at this time, our office does not accept Georgia Medicaid. For a list of insurance companies our office does accept, please refer to the list of insurance companies we are providers with listed above.

If you are planning to use insurance to help pay for your sessions, your co-pay will depend on your plan and whether you have met your deductible for the year. Please feel free to call our office to discuss your situation.

Our out-of-pocket fees are as follows:

  • Initial Intake (individual or couples) - $200
  • Psychotherapy Session – couples - $175
  • Psychotherapy Session – individuals - $150
